At first this is not boring history class. It’s much more than that. This is all about the evolution of motor car. Many of you may watched the episode of the grand tour in this title. So let’s evaluate which one will survive.

• Past ( Fossil fuel )
• Present ( hybrid )
• Future ( Electric )

In my opinion the world is full of Fossil fuel powered cars. Those cars are major reason for greenhouse gases. But most of petrol heads love these engines. It’s cheap to own, maintain and more over easy to use.

Let’s jump to electric cars first (future) before moving into hybrid. We the world believe this is the future. More possibility on autonomous driving, no emissions, fast, spacious, safe etc. There are lots of reasons to say these cars are the future. But let’s analyse again. Do everyone has access to socket to charge their cars? Some people are living in flats/high-rise buildings where everyone cannot charge their car which parked in streets. Availablity of supper chargers at charging stations because still these car needs more than 30 minutes to charge reasonably. So we need to wait for our turn. This creates a long hault in our journey. And the big one if everyone change to pure electric cars, do we have enough electricity production in our world to meet all our need like our houses, appartment, offices, restaurant, etc. And now our cars also. So we need more electricity production plant which again create environmental problems.

Moving to present the hybrid, where both past and future meets together. So I believe this is the one will survive, because it will produce the electricity in house. So we can enjoy both past and future at present.
